The POSTEK Robo-Arm is a sophisticated combination of efficiency
and precision. This is further enhanced by the on-board
visual system and precision motor control system
. This allows for precise labeling despite various sizes and
heights of the item. So a single production line can have items
with different dimensions, and the POSTEK Robo-arm will still be
able to achieve multi-side labeling with unparalleled precision
and speed.
Safety First
Safety should always be top priority in every situation. During
normal operation, the high sampling rate and precision of the
electric motors allow for accurate detection of
collision events
. Once a collision is detected, the Robo-Arm will respond in
millisecond level to prevent the potential harm to the operators
and surrounding equipment.

automatically switch to drag mode
so the operator can quickly and safely move the Robo-Arm as

2. Verifies 1D & 2D barcode data and assesses the grade levels of printed 1D barcode symbologies.
3. Verifies 1D & 2D barcode data, assesses the grade levels of printed 1D barcode symbologies, and inspects print defects.
Note:
· After purchasing the software packages for the visual verifier, a product key will be provided for activation.
· The grading results, assessed in accordance with the ISO/IEC 15416:2016 standard, are designed to provide reliable insights for verifying barcode quality. For formal compliance, consider validation by ISO/IEC-accredited agencies.
There are three software packages listed below for the visual verifier, and users can choose one from them based on needs and budget:
